June = Black Music Month
June is Black Music Appreciation Month! This month celebrates Black artists' contributions and continues to make in music. Created by Dyana Williams, Grammy Award-winning songwriter/producer. I never knew this. I know about Juneteenth & always celebrated it since I was a child. Well, before it was made a national holiday, it was an ancestral & cultural holiday & that's what is more important.
